Q1: Do I need to Register before I can make purchases on this website?

A1:  Yes you must complete all the required fields and submit them before you may place any order. Create a User Name and Password that you will remember as you will need to use them each time you wish to Login and place and order.

If you have any problems with registering please call Hank at 618-659-1325.

After you have completed and submitted your registration you will receive a confirmation email which includes your User Name and Password.  After you receive the confirmation email you may Login and begin making purchases.

Q2:  How do I pay for my purchases?

A2:  Payments may be made via MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or via Check/Money Order. We suggest that when you register you note (using check boxes) your preferred payment method:

PayPal payments are to be made to [email protected]. Be sure and reference the Order Details # that is produced when you submit your order.  

MasterCard & Visa Credit Cards: You may call us at 618-659-1325 to provide us with your credit card information. Alternatively you may go to PDF FORMS and click on Credit Card download and print out a copy of a BII credit card, or you may request via email that we email you a Credit Card Information Form to complete and sent to us. For future orders you may simply request we use the credit card data we have on file.

Check & Money Orders: After you submit your order we will contact you via email and confirm the amount of your order. You may then mail your payment and your order will be sent after your payment is processed.   

Q3: How I do order items I wish to purchase?  

A3: To purchase an item you wish click on the “o” under the condition you wish and then click BUY. That item will then be placed in your Cart. Follow this same process for each item you wish to purchase. You may click on Cart at any time to see a summary of what you have ordered.  BUY must be clicked after each selection.

Q4: May I review and edit the items I have placed in the Cart?

A4: Yes. Until the order is submitted you may change delete any items in your Cart by putting a 0 in quantity and clicking SAVE.  If you made an error in the item or condition ordered you may then go back to the price list and select the correct item.  

Q5:  I have put all the items I wish for this order in my Cart. How do I submit my order to Bieniecki Int’l, Inc.?

A5: The Cart automatically provides you with the Net Total of your order before Postage & Handling. Based on the amount of your order and where you are located click on the appropriate “o” for Postage and Handling Charges.

After you have selected Postage and Handling the Cart will add those costs and give you a Total for your order. In addition you will now be able to add information in Notes: about how you wish to pay etc.

Note a  “Send Order” button now appears at the bottom of the page. After you have reviewed your order click Send Order. You will receive a confirmation of your order and Bieniecki Int’l, Inc. will receive confirmation of your order via email and on the website.

Q6:  What should I expect after I send my order?

A6:  We confirm receipt of every order place on www.biistamp.com via a personalized email from [email protected]. We will advise when we expect to have your order prepared, as well as if any item may not be available. If you do not have credit card information on file or if you wish to pay via check or money order we will discuss and make arrangements with you.  

Q7:  May I orders items from your Poland Standard List, Poland Year Units and Poland Specialized List in the same order?

A7:  Yes. You may select items from all three of our Poland Lists and put them in your Cart and they will be combined into a single order. 

Q8:  What are the PDF FORMS listed at the bottom of your menu and how do I use them:

A8:  We have opted to make various forms commonly used by our clients available as PDF Forms on our website. Clicking on PDF FORMS will take you to a link that gives you more information. When you click a form in the list it will open it in PDF format and you may the print that form yourself.  

Q9:  Do you Guarantee that all the Polish stamps, covers, labels, etc.  that you offer are genuine?

A9:  All the Polish material sold by this firm (unless other stated) is in Fine to Very Fine condition and Guaranteed Genuine for Life.Depending on value when appropriate, items are either signed by known experts or come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Q10:  Do you offer your clients a Satisfaction Guarantee for the quality of the material you supply?

A10:  If you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from this firm you have 30 days to contact us and return any item for exchange, credit or refund. If we make an error on your order we want to know about it and to do our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied.  

Q11:  Do you offer installment payments for more expensive single items or groups of material (Lots) when the purchase price exceeds $100.

A11:  Zero interest installment payments are available for purchases of single items, year units, or groups of material (Lots) when the purchase price exceeds $100.00.  The purchased item will be shipped when payment in full has been received by BII.  When a group of items is purchased, individual items from the group will be sent as they are paid for. 

Q12:  Do you offer any discounts from your List Prices?

A12:  Discounts may be available for larger orders, Lots and for clients that have long term associations, or memberships in organizations such as the Polonus Philatelic Society (www.polonus.org) Email us at [email protected] for more information.   

Q13: Are the images of stamps, covers, postal stationery, the images of the items I will receive when I order?

A13: The images used in the Poland Standard List will be generic catalog style images with cropped perforations.  You will receive Very Fine perforated examples of the material of that period unless the item is specifically described as imporate.  Given the adverse conditions in Poland after WW I and WW II some issues from this period may be crudely perforated poorly centered and badly gummed.

The images used in the Poland Specialized List will be the actual images of the items being offered for that specific listing. Where  appropriate images of both the front and back of the item will be provided.
